Although we aim to dispatch as many orders as possible by the
next working day, at peak trading periods e.g.. Christmas, this may take
slightly longer, but we will always do our utmost to ensure your
packages arrive on time, and in most cases your order should arrive with
you within 7 working days.
International orders are generally received within 7-9 days. We ship all orders registered Airmail.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75.00.
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order
for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait.
Our returns policy is simple! Our "no nonsense" guarantee means that if
for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you
have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of mind, you
must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days
for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Damaged in Transit.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your goods for any
claims of damaged items. If your item has been damaged in transit, you
must keep ALL packaging and the item, for inspection by an inspection
officer appointed by the company that delivered your order. Failure to
do so will invalidate your claim and no compensation will be paid.
Lost in Transit.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit, as you
are responsible for returning the item to us, we recommend sending the
package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
ALL items returned because they are unwanted do not receive a refund on
postage and packaging, these costs are incurred when we send out your
item and cannot be refunded. Before returning items please email us for a
Return Number. We will not accept a returned item without a return
number. All items must be returned in original unopened packaging within
30 days. Full refunds will be given for any faulty items, these must
also be returned within 30 days.
